Noisy slideout

My streetside rear slide out squeals like no tomorrow. I have tried sprays, cleaning and even grease with no luck any suggestions.

Mine does the same thing and I have tried everything to no avail. So I just gave up and let it squeal.

Try using aerospace 303 on the rubber seals.

I had the same problem and shot some lub where the cross bar goes into the gears under the slide. Appearently where the gear shaft goes through the housing, it get rather dry. There doesn't seem to be any kind of bearings there per say, so I just coated both sides where the shaft goes through, and it's been quite ever since.
