Factory Warranty Visit

Had a visit to Goshen Keystone Customer Service. Work done by Lippert on frame was to all appearances done well and met very helpfull peoplewhile there. Keystone Cust Serv had just chaged hands with new manager. Only got to talk to him for approx 5 minutes then "He had a meeting to go to" Left to deal with Floor supervisor and was treated quite well. All repairs were done well, from looking only, but will know more after use. Am seriously worried about the frame. In Particular over the truck bed area seems to be causing cracking in fibreglass. Was repaired by dealer then re-occured so after a prolonged discussion with Keystone saying warranty expired, took it to Keystone. Done what appears to be a decent repair but now have new signs of cracking on bottom area over truck bed. Customer service said they would send me a three year warranty on frame have not yet recieved it. One conclusion of these problems and the problems I had in getting Keystone to look at them. Has brought me to the conclusion that a one year warranty period is extremly insufficient and I would never buy another rig that had one year warranty. Would also advise the same to anyone contemplating purchasing a new RV.
