Help accessing 3761FL components

I have a 2023 Montana 3761FL. I have had issues with the furnace and hot water heater in the 5 months I've had it. Lots of posts talk about checking ducts, etc... is there some trick to getting access to them as well as the back of the hot water heater... without cutting holes in walls/flooring?

Maybe go behind the basement walls?
I could not tell where the furnace or the water heater is looking at the floor plan and brochure pictures.

2023 model should not have the collapsing air duct issues older models (2017??) had.

Water heater looks like it should have easy access from the big rear compartments. The furnace will be behind the basement wall next to the wet bay.

Thanks for the info! I was able to find the panel next to the wet bay is removable via screws... back of furnace looks good... no extra or kinked hoses... I did find two coming coming from back of furnace... one is directly connected to a duct... the other is not connected to anything its a few feet long and appears to just provide some heat to the lower compartment of the furnace.

The hot water heater is enclosed in a cabinet inside the rear storage compartment... I had to review a panel (brute force) but now have access to the rear of the hot water heater.

The furnace duct laying on the floor should go down behind the holding tanks near the valves. This is to keep them from freezing in cold weather.
Picture upside down, sorry.
