Level up

2019 3021rl level up puts jacks down fine and levels automatically fine but when retracting my jacks go up half way then stop I wait with finger off button 5 seconds later I can run jack all the way up. Then go thru this with the next jac and so on until all 6 jacks are retracted non going straight up with out stalling halfway up. Any thoughts?

Jeff, you can also call Lippert/LCI Customer Service and tell them the problem. They will work you through a diagnostic check of the system over the phone and can usually solve your problem and tell you what to do. Their Customer Service is outstanding and I highly recommend them to anyone that might be having problems with anything that is on your unit that is made by Lippert/LCI!

Thanks

Lippert thinks this is battery issue.

If that is the case, replace the 50 amp breaker going to the pump with an 80 amp breaker and your issues will fade into the past. In the first photo, this is the breaker installed, the second one if the old breaker, and the last photo is the replacement breaker, and it can be an auto reset style or a manual reset. On our rig, as you can see, there are two cables on the load side of the breaker, one going to the hydraulic pump and the other to the main inside panel, via the battery disconnect switch. Also, while in there, look for and tighten every connection you can get to, as there could be some loose connections.

It’s quite simple. Take pic of connections for reference if needed. Disconnect negative lead to battery. Remove breaker and a install new one and reconnect wires as connected to old breaker. Reconnect battery negative lead

As in the photo I posted, the breaker that has the wire going to the hydraulic pump is the one to replace. The side of the breaker that has only one wire is the one from the battery, and the other side with two wires is the load side, one wire to the hydraulic pump and the other to the inside house or main panel. If you turn off your battery disconnect switch, and you don’t operate the hydraulics, there is no load at that breaker so you should be OK.

I replaced the 50 amp breaker and tightened all the connections (ground + on hydraulic pump) and it solved my issues.

Level up

Turns out lippert recommends 50-100 amp breaker. Going to disconnect wire running into hydro pump at the fuse block and attach to new breaker and wire direct to battery and leave the other wires connected to the 50 amp fuse alone.
Suggestion from Jacobi solar great idea makes this a simple fix. However my surprise was the amount of information I received that was incorrect. Even some fixes with pics that turned out they replaced the inverter fuse not the hydro fuse. Do your homework before you jump into this.

All I know is that Bob's pics have been the solution for hundreds of members over the last 10 years. Your solution will work for problem of the hydraulic pump tripping the fuse (12V flow from the battery). Hopefully you don't boondock. There are situations where the converter can trip the existing breaker when sending 12V to the battery. And your solution doesn't address that.

P.S. There is no inverter unless you have a residential refer or you added one. In either case the 12V self resetting breakers are not involved.

A bigger breaker will work. We do not depress and hold the slide switch till all the slides are in learned that early on. We depress the switch and bring in the bedroom and kitchen slide then let up for a few seconds. We depress the slide switch and bring in the opposing slide then let up again and lastly bring in the big main slide. It may add 30 seconds to the process but it usually works. We do the same thing slides in or slides out.

Not sure who bob is but some of the info on my tread were incorrect. The person i followed. His advice has a residentL frig and inverter i have factory installed solar with rv frig and i also have a inverter. He upgraded the fuse to his inverter believing it to be to his hydro pump. Thats the reason for my comment. Im sure bob has great advise but if you are new i dont know how to search for his advise. Did not mean to stir the waters just pass on info. Ps my units under warrenty and i did not want to screw with the breaker feeding my panel

80 amp breaker

Comparing pics of my front compartment wiring (pic 1) and your front compartment wiring (300 amp fusible link) + your red wire going to your converter - it is obvious that your wiring is different than what has been illustrated by photos in this thread...not sure the advice here applies to your situation. My unit has residential fridge and the inverter. Looks like wiring for factory solar in a 2019 model might be the difference...I don't know. However the work items described in this thread absolutely fixed my problems. Post your pics to a new thread and see if someone can help.

Actually looked back at the tread and I know or at least I spoke to bob on the phone. He was instrumental in having my upgrade to 80 amps done this am. Allstay well thanks for the help!

Actually CMDSGTMJR's wiring is no different from Mike's (and everyone else). There is just more wires as features are added (In-Command, disc brakes, etc.) The electrical flow remains the same.

12V comes from the battery to the 1st 50 amp CB. Both this wire and it's continuation are on the supply lug of the CB so the CB has no effect. The continuation 12V wire comes to the 2nd 50 amp CB on the supply side. Then on the load side are 12V to the pump and 12V to the converter and fuse panel (plus some other circuits not important to this discussion).

The 2nd CB is the one that gets weak over time and should be upgraded to 80 amps. Don't forget, the converter charges the batteries via that same weak(?) 50 amp CB as the electrical path is the same, just different directions. Add a bigger breaker as done here will fix the pump problem. But should the battery get really low, the converter charging the battery can output 12V at enough amps to trip the weak breaker. Real obvious when running off a generator, not so much so when using shore power.

Here is a picture of the OP's wiring with annotations. You will have to click on it several times before you can read the annotations.

Breakers

Jimminy christmas - thanks for figuring all of that out..looked like a bowl of spaghetti to me.

In Bob’s post #6 above - what is the thing in the middle pic with two poles? Is that a circuit breaker also?
