I'd like to say THANKS, Keystone, for recently stepping up to the plate to take care of a problem for us quickly and efficiently. Within 7 days of my sending a letter with photos to TEAM Montana, a customer service representative called me and not only had the answer to the problem, but also had already contacted our dealer and arranged the repair.

I also want to thank Bish's RV in Idaho Falls for quickly getting the necessary information for the fix to TEAM Montana. Cindy Reese, who's been with Bish's for some time now, is always a pleasure to work with and has repeatedly been a help to us when we needed help.

Isn't it nice to have some good news on the RV front? We love our Montana, and Keystone has again proven why they are a leader in the RV industry--great customer service.
