42. When you go to buy bread in the grocery store, have you ever wondered which is the freshest, so you 'squeeze' for freshness or softness? Did you know that bread is delivered fresh to the stores five days a week? Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Each day has a different color twist tie. They are:
Monday = Blue,
Tuesday = Green,
Thursday = Red
Friday = White
Saturday = Yellow.
So if today was Thursday, you would want red twist tie; not white which is Friday's (almost a week old)! The colors go alphabetically by color Blue-Green-Red-White-Yellow, Monday through Saturday. Very easy to remember. I thought this was interesting. I looked in the grocery store and the bread wrappers DO have different twist ties, and even the ones with the plastic clips have different colors. Enjoy fresh bread when you buy bread with the rigt color on the day you are shopping.
Don't forget "Gatorade" for Migraine Headaches & Hang-overs. PowerAde won't work.
You learn something new everyday!

4. Mayonnaise will KILL LICE, it will also condition your hair
If it kills lice, what's it doing to us?
5. Elmer's Glue - paint on your face, allow it to dry, peel off and see the dead skin and blackheads, if any
I wonder if it would remove the wiskers too?
15. Stinky feet - Jello !
Before or after it's made?
24. When the doll clothes are hard to put on, sprinkle with corn starch and watch them slide on
Doesn't adjusting the doll's inflation help this too?
26. Body paint - Crisco mixed with food coloring. Heat the Crisco in the microwave, pour in to an empty film container and mix with the food color of your choice!
Body paint, huh? I'm NOT going there!
30. To keep goggles and glasses from fogging, coat with Colgate toothpaste
How in the heck do you see through the toothpaste?
Sorry Vicki - I just couldn't resist!!

Tom-- the mayo smothers the lice! I don't want to think of the possibility of you covering yourself in mayo. Your DW might like that though -- I don't know!
Oh by the way Vicki-- thanks for all the good tips! I'm sure my loong lost brother, Steve, has used most of them!

nothing... just slap on a slice of cheese and bread and lunch is served
5. Elmer's Glue - paint on your face, allow it to dry, peel off and see the dead skin and blackheads, if any
I wonder if it would remove the wiskers too?
only the loose ones
15. Stinky feet - Jello !
Before or after it's made?
when it's hot, of course. When it's gelled then it's only for fun.
24. When the doll clothes are hard to put on, sprinkle with corn starch and watch them slide on
Doesn't adjusting the doll's inflation help this too?
Tom, you really need to put your dolls away now
26. Body paint - Crisco mixed with food coloring. Heat the Crisco in the microwave, pour in to an empty film container and mix with the food color of your choice!
Body paint, huh? I'm NOT going there!
me either!
30. To keep goggles and glasses from fogging, coat with Colgate toothpaste
How in the heck do you see through the toothpaste? I gotta admit, I'm with you on that one. Maybe using mint green isn't as bad?
Sorry Vicki - I just couldn't resist!!

Vicki. Those are all clever. I hope I remember the twisty tie one, I hate when folks squeeze the bread and then DON'T take it like it matters. If you squeeze it, now you've ruined it, if it's fresh. If you want to squeeze something, squeeze the Charmin.
