I use those Clorox bowl cleaners, the disposable kinds.

I do NOT flush them!

To date, have not found any problems with the chemicals.

Remember, this is a holding tank, to be dumped regularly, hopefully with LOTS o water and very little paper. All that water will dilute the cleaning chemicals if they are used in moderate amounts.
