Pyrography (Woodburning)

Thought I'd share my latest woodburning. It is now on display at a senior art show and sale in Santa Rosa, CA. Other pictures in the file are Jack and Dave's RV woodcarving. Unfortunately, the photos don't show the carving detail depth.. it really is 3-D

I attended the Woodcarver's Week in Congress and did one pyrography. I'm working on my second piece but mine doesn't look anywhere as good as yours. I have no artistic talent. How many years have you been doing this?

Thanks, that's my 2nd woodburning. I'll post a chipmunk I did just prior to that. It's fun... but, I have a LOT to learn about shading.. rather than making just dark brown and "white"

They are very Cool! I am a woodworker but never tried that...might have to get the burner out of the box.
