I'm seriously thinking you have a problem with one of the thermostat control boxes under one of your A/C units, or possibly even both. In that high humidity environment you are in, it is very possible that you may also have a corrosion problem in one of those boxes. You don't need to remove much, just the filter and then you can get the cover off of the box to see inside where the circuit board is located. I can't see where anything else could be wrong. This is the manual that gives information on the box and how to set up the thermostats and what wiring is connected to everything. http://www.intechtrailers.com/images...c-diagrams.pdf

I realize this is an older post, but doing an MOC Forum search to solve my thermostat issue, I came across this post and it solved my problem. So I had to share it.

During a trip this past October and a camping trip over the Thanksgiving weekend, the furnace setting has been acting strange. Our 2016 3160RL has a Domestic model 3314080 thermostat. Setting the Furnace setting to 65 degrees, the bedroom AC would start to hum once the LCD screen on the thermostat cleared and went dark. It was a constant hum, as if the AC was running, but no air was blowing. The suggestion to reset the thermostat by pushing the Mode and Zone buttons together and then the LCD displayed IniT indicating the thermostat had reset worked when I tuned the thermostat off and then back on stopped the hum from the bedroom AC unit. All the functions are working fine now.
