40 ft + Long Bed Crew Cab

We have a 40 ft Montana and a long bed crew cab truck. I find here in the Midwest it is necessary to use the satellite view in my map program to look for obstructions that might make backing or pulling in difficult or impossible. You cannot trust that a 100 foot long site will really be accessible.

We like to camp at Lake Ozark state park in Missouri but find that there are only 3 campsites in the whole full hook section that I feel comfortable putting my rig in there.

I do find that COE's are generally better around the newer facilities.

The satellite images are your friend.

Private camp grounds are generally close and state parks are generally tight.

Just the reality of the big rigs.
