Greenballs tires

I need to replace tires o my trailer and I just saw Greenball Towmaster ST235/85R16 LRF Radial Trailer Tire at Costco @149.99 a tire.
I just wondered is there anybody who have any information about these tires.

If you read the Greenball web site you will find they are a importer of tires from several vendors and have a whopping 100 employees scattered around the country in 4 warehouses.

The tire you mention is actually a 235/80/16E Part number TRC 1623E weighing 36.6lbs which is less than the trouble prone Marathon weighs.

Please spend a bit more money and get a "non China ST" tire.

When you are on the side of the road in 100 degrees fixing a blowout, the extra $100 per tire will look like a pretty good deal.

Commercial TA, Bridgestone Durvias R250, and such would be a better option.

Please, please, please, don't mess around with your tires. These trailers are heavy and unforgiving. Invest in a quality tire with a name you know, and with the ratings you need for your Montana.

Tires are nothing to be playing with. I took delivery on my 3582 on thursday and had the tires replaced on Saturday. It came with Trailkings and I replaced them with
The Bridgestones Duvias 250 . Discount tire gave me a $300.00 credit for the old tires. I now can feel sure that I have done all I can to have a safe rig.

Hi

We have had good luck with the G614 on the trailer and the Firestone TransForce tire on the TV.

Thank you all for the valuable advice. I called Green ball today and they confirmed that
these tires are made in China. That's is a game changer.

Sams Club also sells Greenball trailer and RV tires in ST235-85-16E size for about the same price. I'm not endorsing them I just now own one as a spare for a Marathon that blew out. Thank god for our tire minder TPMS we had good warning and time to slow down safely.

After reading all the post regarding tires I have decided to go with Bridgestone Duravis R250 @ $195.49 after discount plus $15 instalation.
The rebate is good only to 08/06. Lots of you are using these tires without any problems and these tires are either made in the USA or Japan.
I think it will be good fit for my trailer.

That is a excellent price and a good choice in a tire.
