Sack o' black knob things???

Montana_70 Montana Master Join Date: Dec 2002 Location: Posts: 1,206 M.O.C. #70	Sack o' black knob things??? Can someone tell me what this plastic bag full of black knob looking things are for? My best guess is they cover the lug nuts on my wheels. If so does anyone use them? Are they a benefit? fla native 2004 2980RL (Miss Montana) towed by 2001 Dodge diesel 3500 (LadyRam)
