Well as you can tell by my icon we aren't happy campers. Here's the story..........
Our Montana has been at the dealers since Nov. 20th and all repairs have finally been done except one - THE LEAKY SHOWER!!!!! After having been in Goshen in Sept and Dick seeing the problem of bad installation, D&T RV Repair saying they did a temporary fix to try and stop the leaking into the basement - it worked for 3 days. To make a long story short and many calls and waiting we still haven't gotten the shower to the dealer and now some guy named Jim doesn't want to do anything about it saying "what if it still leaks" Jack said "then you replace it again until it doesn't". This isn't the same person we have been dealing with through this but it appears the shower hasn't even been ordered. He said our dealer said they couldn't find a leak - Jack almost laughed saying "the unit was winterized how would they know if it leaked or not". He said they could take it out and put it back. If we knew where and how it was leaking we'd have fixed it ourselves - would have been easier but D&T couldn't find the problem either and we had water.
Bottom line I will email Jeff and also call and talk to Dick or Anna again. Plus making a trip to the dealer as you can't get a straight story on the phone. What good are warranties if they don't want to pay for warranty work?
Venting is good for the soul
Safe travels.
