Will water holding tank freeze?

Is going to drop into the low 20's at Fort Worden in Port Townsend on Saturday. I'm in my 2014 Mountaineer. They turned off the water so we're relying on our RV water tank. Shouldn't I be worried about that 60 gallons freezing and are there any precautions I can take
