Slide Out Selector
The first time we attempted to use the selector knobs on new '11 3400 there was no effect on the slide sequence going out. The selector knobs on three slides were turned from "on" to "off". The only slide supposed to go out was the door side one. We wanted to check the kitchen cabinet doors since we could see some had opened on the way home from the dealer. We used the inside slide switch. Wonder what is wrong?

Is there a main 12 volt shut off switch in the 'off' position?

I had what I thought was a problem also when we first received ours. I found that you have to be sure that the valve (selector knob) is turned all the way to off (against the stop). If it is open a little bit, the slide will still operate. Don't know if it's the same issue you are having, but thought I would mention it.

Just as drknapp says above. The valves need to be turned off tightly. I had the same problem the first time I tried that operation.
Good luck.

Yep as everyone said, you have to turn the all the way... They don't want to turn very easily when they are under pressure (normal state).

We had the same experience...also, sometimes the knobs will try to return to the open position by themselves and you have to return them to the closed position.
