I need to get his light fixture glass off so I can clean the bugs out of it and teplace the buld.

So these are pretty much the same design as the single glass pendant fixtures. The bulb inside is the 921 wedge base. The glass is held on by a tightening ring that is below the bulb and almost impossible to get to unless you use something that will fit into the space and grab the ring. You will find that you need to take the fixture down from the ceiling in order to do this work. Royal pain to change bulbs in this crappy design. I changed out the wedge base socket to a bayonet socket in my fixture since the bulb is much easier to change.
