Electric Fireplace 3791RD

Our electric fireplace quit working in our 2018 3791rd. I checked breakers and on/off switch. Was working fine on our last outing 2 weeks ago. Anyone have any ideas?

Probably going to have to take out the four screws and pull it out and look for loose wires. Vacuum it out while you have it out.

Pull the fireplace out and check for power at the out first. If you don't have power there check the wiring coming into the slide. If you have power at the outlet then start looking at the fireplace.

If you are using to many amps your fire place will not come on. We have two of them and if we are using to many amps often the second fire place will not come on. On a 30 amp service this can easily occur. Same for a 50 amp service if to many other things are on. Just a thought since it has happened to us.

The same thing just happened on my 2016 3950BR. It was working a couple of weeks ago and now the power button does nothing. I didn't spend much time on it this weekend because I had other things to do, but I did take out the 4 screws and try to slide it out. However, the faux rock around it seemed to be overlapping the edges of the fireplace preventing it from sliding out. How do you take that stuff off without damaging it?
