2013 Montana - What Brand/Model is Water Heater?

Hello,

Trailer is in storage. It is a 2013 Montana built in 2012, with a 12-gallon water heater. Cannot find what brand and model they were using then. Would like to locate the owner's manual online. I'm trying to find out what the replacement guidelines are for the heater rod.

Thanks for any help!

Greg

Thanks Jimmy! I thought I had mine narrowed down to the SW12DE for SW (Suburban water heater), 12 (gallons), D (direct spark ignition), E (electric element). Do you know what the "L" is for? The only other suffixes I see on Suburban's site after the "D" are "R" (for reignitor - pilot models only), and "M" (for motor aid), but I don't see and "L".

Good question ,I tried to find out myself and could not figure out what the L means ,it does not say in my manual, maybee just a Suburban code letter that just means something to them and not relative for us consumeror maybe THERE code for electric(EL)? I would just go with the SW12DE

Thanks a lot Jimmy! Basically I just wanted to get an online manual so I could have one, and also get an anode rod. My unit was lacking in the product manual department and I didn't get one. Looks like the part number is 232767 and I'm good to go.

Thanks again for your replies, appreciate it!

Thanks Mike, appreciate the help!

You don't by any chance know what the letter "L" is at the end of the model number SW12DEL is do you? The rest of the number is SW (Suburban water heater), 12 (gallons), D (direct spark ignition), E (electric element), but I can't figure out what the "L" is. The only other suffixes I see on Suburban's site after the "D" are "R" (for reignitor - pilot models only), and "M" (for motor aid), but I don't see an "L".

Thanks again!

I'm not 100% sure but on the earlier models (instruction manuals)it was sw12DE where the "E"= Electric Element. On the later ( newer) models I think they just add the "L" to the "E" for clarification. They just took the first 2 letters of the word Electric "EL"= Electric Element. If the "L" stood for somthing else I'm sure it would have been listed. That's my take on it anyway.

Sounds reasonable to me! Thanks again!
