c214dick Montana Master Join Date: Feb 2008 Location: Winthrop Harbor Posts: 1,832 M.O.C. #8160	Stair vents Noticed that the cooler air from the a/c is going into the basement. I understand the reason for the heat to go into the basement through the vents. Are there stair vents that close in order to keep the cool air from escaping ?
