BIts of Black Water Escaping the Pipe!

The waste line from the head is leaking just below what appears to be a collar that screws to the threaded pipe at the base of the toilet. I tried to tighten the collar only to discover that it looks like it is glued to the pipe! This is not a major thing yet because the unit is new and we haven't had a chance to run anything but fresh water through the pipe. However, this does not appear to be desireable long term so I would like to "close the gap" as it were. Do you think it practical to try to add more glue or silicone seal or something else to seal it up?

Yours for better latrine hygiene!

If it is still under warranty, which I assume it is from what you said, get it back into the dealer and have them fix it. You do NOT want to have any leaks in this part of your rig!

Well, that's two votes for taking it to the dealer. A leaking sewer system is not what you bought. Your dealer should jump on that one.
