We've been having the same problem as Sue. I'm doing just as suggested here and see if it makes a difference. Sure hope so.

We had the repairman from our dealer out here for that black tank incident -- and I mentioned that we couldn't fill one bottle without the other one leaking. I thought there was something wrong with the regulator. I was told that we couldn't remove one tank to fill without the other one leaking -- that we were doing things wrong.

It is my understanding that not only the regulator but also the pigtail that connects to the tank should also shut off the flow until it is completly tight.
