Arms on the couchesin 3685FL
Gas any one else with a 3685FL hada problem with the arms on their couches comming loose from the fraim by having the two screws striping out and letting the arms just flop

yup. hasn't been a major problem for us, but the are loose.so far we haven't done anything about it.

No!
I have a 3655 so I only have couch arms on one side of the living room. Mine is a 2002 and so far so good! (Thank goodness)!
Hopefully yours is in warranty and your dealer will be able to repair this problem for you.

Billy Ray I called keystone today they said for me to call my dealer and have them call keystone and they would let them know what to do about it there is only 2 screws at the base that holds them in place and mine is striped out I also told them that they need some knid of suport and coustomer service said they would let the enginers look into the problem to see if they could inprove them

No problems on our sofas... in fact, I love them. I lay one down get out some big fluffy pillows, turn on the fireplace and it's a wonderful place to read or watch the TV

Don't have a problem with loose arms on the couches, just a loose couch! The first time I unfolded the left side couch to lie down on it, I found myself on the floor with the couch on top of me. It was a case of too few and too short screws trying to secure the couch to the slide. A trip to the local hardware store and twenty minutes later, problem solved.

No problem yet but I'll keep my eye out for it. On a different note, the only real problem we've had is with that darn pocket door & the top glide. Keeps falling off. Been to the dealer 2x for the same problem. This time when we arrived @ the park, the door was missing one of the glide rollers & slammed into the finish stop---could not find the roller glide anywhere. The funky snap that is supposed to hold the door in the open position just can't handle the weight & inertia of the door in transit. The better halk said to remove it & replace it with an "accordian" type bi-fold door. May be the best "engineering" bit of info to date...!

Other models may be different, but we are pleased that on our 2955RL there is a "lock pin" on the sliding door for use while traveling. That is the one between the bedroom and bath--the one we will insist on having even if we have to look elsewhere than Montana for our next RV. Have never had any trouble with the other sliding door (between living room and upstairs).

Thomas, we had that problem of the snap not holding when ours was brand new. Our dealer simply moved the snap around the corner and used a longer plastic strap to reach it. In almost three years that door has not once popped the snap again. The new location causes the forces for the door trying to open to pull sideways on the snap and it won't come off that way.

Have you looked down by the bottom of the door (when open) and is there a pin down there that secures the door for travel? There is on mine. The strap will nor secure the doors, but the lock pin will. Had the same problem as you until I found that pin.

we have not had a problem withe the arms they lean on the wall, but the one sofa we use a lot thew screws came out so I got some lag bolts and washers and drilled them thru w/nuts and no problem yet.

the arms on my couch also lean on the wall also but that is because the screws that hold them to the frame are striped out I have thught about drilling them out and putting bolts and washers to hold themin place but Keystone told me to have the dealer to call them about the problem and I have not heard form the dealer yet
