Bullet-Proof Transmission Results

Good news. Yesterday they finished installing our new Allison transmission and a new cooling unit. Today we picked it up. Tomorrow we will be back on the road--with a little concern about what will happen next.

We are very pleased with the assistance we received from Rydell Motors in Northridge, California. They were so helpful and nice. They will request we be reimbused for our RV park expense while we waited for the repairs. They can't promise, but expect that will be covered.

The suggestion that other MOC members could help out in such a situation when someone needs a Montana towed whle the TV is being repaired is a great idea. We would help if such a need arose wherever we are staying.

Great news about the new bullet proof transmission! Try not to worry about the things you can't control and just enjoy the travels.

Be safe!
