Emergency window problem

We have a 2014 Montana 3582RL the latch on the rear emergency escape window broke. When I tilted the window up to see what happen it came out in my hands, now I can't get it back in nor can I find anyone that can tell me how. It is a Kinro brand window I have contacted three Montana dealers that offered no suggestions and didn't have anyone on staff that had ever installed one. Montana's customer service offored the following advice "take it to a dealer" I would do that if I knew one that could put it back in. Is there anyone out there that can help me.
Thanks

Did the window come completely out of the frame/hinge? Or did the latch break?

If it is the Latch then contact Lippert Customer Service. They make and install the windows on the Montana's. Ours broke last year at the pop metal near the little hinge part. They fixed it when we were at the Fall Rally and even gave us a couple extra latches too.
