A quality dealer with quality service
During this last weekend we were outside of Williamsburg, VA with fellow campers when one of the Montana owners had a problem with his slide. On Saturday a service technician from Southern RV in Richmond, VA, approximately one hour distance away, arrived to repair the slide mechanism. The slide had broken a shear pin and would not operate either in or out. This technician was quick, courteous and proficient. It is unusual for a dealer to sent out a service rep on the weekend, especially when there is a distance factor. Hats off to this dealer and for our friends, thanks for the service.
