2002 3295rk Slides won't Retract

Help lol we have had our Montana for 1 month,we thought we had fixed all the little things.now the slides will not retract


I TOOK THE BATTERY CABLES OFF AND RE INSTALLED THEM IT WORKED LOL
I AM SORRY BUT THAN YOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP..

first, is your battery disconnect switch in the right position? That kills many things but not all and if I remember right on our old rig the landing gear still worked when it was off.

If you go to the Keystone Customer service site there is a video on how to manually retract the slides.
