Bedroom Furnace Vent

We like to have our bedroom cool for sleeping, but in cold weather we have to leave the furnace on. Problem is that most of the heat blasts into the bedroom since the bedroom floor vent is not adjustable. Bought one at Lowe's for under $5. It should be standard equipment.

I purchased some nice looking replacment vents at Loews they also can be adjusted. They are a standard size
