3750FL suspension support photos

Went to the rig today to place the pin-box lock on it that I had forgotten at the house and while I was there I took some photos of the support bracket that the dealer installed yesterday as a result of a Keystone recall. The bracket is made of square tubular steel and is mounted between the center spring hanger brackets of the MorRyde suspension system. The primary aim is to prevent flexing of the spring hangers. Here is a photo that shows the assembly behind the front axle of the rig:

A closer view of the off-side connection:

and finally an even closer view of the attachment bolted to the center Spring Hanger on the off-side of the rig:

It appears to be a sturdy solution that will tie the center Spring Hangers together where they supplement each other for lateral support against flexing.

Bingo,
Had mine done in January....same install. Looks good. Drove two hours home and felt no difference, but did not expect any.
Take care,
Joe

I like what I see, it should definately help and I wish it was installed on our rig as well. Hey, isn't that what Ozz is building?

I was wondering if it would fit other rigs and may be a good add-on for additional support. Guess that is a dealer or Keystone question.

Send a message via Yahoo to NCFischers
I wonder if it can be ordered from Keystone and installed on your own. Is the recall just for the new 3750?

Cool! Mine is similar, has the Ozz twist on it. I am waiting until I do all my hanger and wet-bolt work.
Real nice bingo, I like the concept.

At least now I know what to call it, seems like ours is a fully boxed tube but I will have to double check to be sure.

Recall? I don't see any recall on the Keystone Webpage.

I don't know how many models were in the recall, but I know our 2011 3750 was on the list and we received a letter on it.

It's a black X-factor without all the damn holes. Some people get it free and some of us paid for it and then there's OZZ.

I called Keystone regards to the recalls and after giving them our VIN was told that there were no outstanding recalls on our 5th wheel.

Ours is a 2011 295RKD.
