Vented or Ventless W/D?

My wife and I are thinking about adding a w/d and would like to hear the pros and cons of vented or ventless w/d. We would be going a combo b/c we do not have the room for stackable.
Thanks, Bob

We have the Splendide combo unit and it is vented. We really like it and the venting keeps the moisture inside to a minimum.

Also, I believe the non-vented takes a little longer to dry the load. If you would be set at a resort where you have to pay the electric bill that could be a lot of money.
As a suggestion, make sure you vent to the outside as you don't want the moisture and "lots of lent" in the basement.
We have a vented w/d and will move it to the new Montana when we take posession later this month.

Ours is vented and I'd be wary of the moisture with a non-vented unit.

We have the vented also. DW really likes it.
Here is a description of the difference between vented and ventless. Ventless uses a lot of extra water. But all water goes out the drain instead of a vent. Doesn't seem as though it would add any moisture inside the 5er.
Splendide vented vs ventless
