Outside lite

We tried (unsuccessfully) to turn off our outside flood lite...panel stays lit and going down the road I'm sure folks are saying "Hey look their outside lite is on".....anyway, any idea what our problem is...??

if you ave a new trailer,I believe some past post said that if you turn on the light with rhe remote you have to use it to turn it off also. it is either one or the other

Had the same problem with our 2012 3665Re. The book isn't very good about info on this. If you turn it on with the remote on purpose or by accident as I did, you need to turn it off with the remote. You cannot turn it off from inside the RV. Must use the remote. Click on lifht until it goes out.

Same thing with us - if you have a remote, that's the only way to turn it off.
