Late to the thread, but ... Our first RV was a motorhome with no outdoor kitchen, but all we really wanted was a grill. We got a Weber Q2200 and have never regretted it. Plenty of surface space for the amount of food we make. We use it several times per week.

You will be eating cold food and snuggling under blankets here in California or any of the several western states.
Campfires are banned as well as using charcoal BBQ's due to fire restrictions. That is why I had to go to gas BBQ and grill.

I saw an interesting one today. I was about 18 to 20 inches square and 10 inches thick automatic pellet grill. Nothing I wonted but someone else might like it.

I have found that changing the regulator to an adjustable regulator the grill will cook much better. It needs a little more heat to really sear meat especially when its cold out.

a question..
how much flak does anyone get for using the pellet smokers, at the campgrounds ?

I have a full size PB at home, was considering a small PB or GM to take with me..

I have seen several GMG Davey Crockets around. I have a PG500 at home so I tend to notice them

I’ve been using my tailgater for two years now and haven’t heard any complaints.

Funniest thing! I just finished doing 2 Ribeyes, 4 burgers, and a kielbasa on my traeger, and it is only 30 degrees outside! Been using the pellet burner about a year and no more smoke problem than a bbq. Unless it is blowing right to your neighbor, that’s different!

I have a small electric smoker for when we are out. Fits in the basement, and it’s built by Masterbuilt. Good for about 3-4 racks of ribs.

I have the Treager portable table top grill and use it in campground all the time. I have to admit I have had several complaints, they are always that people have not been invited for dinner. Never a complaint about the smoke even if I smoke for 5 -6 hours.
