Since yours is not as heavy, you may opt for a lighter strut - you don't want it coming up while bouncing down the road!

we are having the same problem after a mattress change, was wondering what was the rating on the original shocks and would 130 lb be to much and cause problems while traveling. brian

The rep I contacted at Keystone said the stock pistons (or whatever you want to call them) were rated at 80lbs...he further stated that he would recommend going with higher rated rods if we were getting a mattress heavier than the stock model.
