Now at La Mesilla

Instead of going to Espanola as planned we went south to La Mesilla and are currently in the Siesta RV park right down the street from the old town. Nice little park and a great way to see La Mesilla, but be sure and use a water pressure regulator. This park has 120# or higher water pressure The plan for Joyce to go up to Georgia O'Keefe territory and paint where she painted went down the drain with the snow storm. So today we'll be strolling the streets of old town looking for something for her to paint.

Sounds like you are having fun! That Mexican place sounds like it needs to be on our 'to-do list' Wish we were there, I'm running furnace start calls and working on my Horse Geocache, tell Joyce it is about done.

Be sure to have at least one meal in La Posta. Not too pricey and great atomosphere.

They have several parrots in the lobby. One time, I whistled and whistled at one of them. trying to get him to whhistle back. finally, he turned and looked at me and said "Can You whistle?"

La Posta is on our list every time we visit and yes you're right, great food and reasonable prices + a waiting area full of strange animals and fishes and weird art work. Ozz when it's done please post a picture, Joyce is anxiously awaiting the end result.
