Mt. Rushmore with dogs

We will be headed out on our last trip of the season next weekend. Mt. Rushmore won out over several choices. We will be staying at Camp Welikit outside Custer for 6 days. We have two small Shih Tzu's and were wondering where you leave the little ones while taking tours or exploring caves? Welikit is dog friendly but we may be gone for 2 or 3 hours if we take a tour? I really don't like leaving them. Alone too long. Suggestions?
