staples in roof working up

I was on my roof the other day and noticed little bumps along both sides of my roof. After closer examination I think the staples underneath the rubber roof are working their way out. I think I read something about this on this forum earlier. I can see these staples making a hole in my roof at later times. My 3400 is only a little over a year old. What can be done about this? It concerns me. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem. but i see no other way to deal with this one other than removing the trim along the side and lifting the roofing up and replacing the staples with screws and then putting the roof trim back on.

Could push all mine down with my thumb or fingers! Haven't seen any come up again after pushing down the last dozen or so. Push them down, sit back, have the beverage of choice, say aaaaaahhhhh. Now forget about them. John
