Carpet or vinyl?

Now that we have had out new 3575 out and about a couple trips we love it except
for one thing..... that carpet by the door. It seems that it would have been easy for Montana to have put vinyl there instead as they did in the model with the front livingroom. I hate to have to worry all the time about that carpet getting dirty and ruining the looks of our new RV. We have some of the clear
vinyl runner stapled over the carpet (tacky looking) going up the steps and dealing with a throw run in front of the door all the time is a hastle. Gene is going to put a solid oak wooden step like they use in stairways of homes on top of the carpet on the steps.... I suggest Montana to began building the steps of solid oak and forget the carpet on them and the front door area.
How many other ladies would like to see more vinyl instead of carpet. We need to rally for it *smile*
