Wow! Longtime - no see....
I've been off the MOC Forum for a while, even though I've had contact with severAL MOCers. As some of you know, I have been diaganosed with early onset Parkinson's. I have been working with doctors at U of Mich Med Center. They scheduled me for a Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) this past May 6th. Then after drilling two holes into my brain, they went back in May 17th to connect the wires up to a controller that they implanted at the same time. I am now waiting for June 6th when they will turn on the controllers and most of my issues - balance and lack of concentration (some thought that that was normal for me anyway) - should be straightened out.
BTW - when they say not to do financial stuff after this type of operation they really mean it. I did what I thought was some minor stuff and I locked myself out of 3 or 4 websites....

Dave, glad to hear from you and hope the news going forward is positive. We will keep you in our prayers. I have a close f riend with Parkinson's and know the trials and tribulations that go with that disease. Hope June 6th brings good results.
