Early Retirement
For those who are thinking about Early Retirement, and getting on the road, I've attached below an active forum, which contains just about every aspect of retiring early or later. The active poll on that site indicates that most folks retired in their 50s.

Guess we are norm and not the odd bird after all - we semi-retired at 50 and 48.
We are work camping is why I say semi-retired.

Great information, looks like I won't have to go back to work for awhile.

We have about 3 years for my DW to fully vest at which time we will move into a semi retirement status. I retired this year at 53 and she will be 54 when she can change her work status. My DW works on the oncology floor at a local hospital which makes us realize how precious life is.
