Living Room Slides Dragging

We have an 07 Montana 3400RL. Lately both living room slides have developed an annoying habit of draging on the carpet when being extended and retracted. Both slides are leaving pretty good wear marks on the carpet. The shop currently working on it say that it's normal for some models to drag on the carpet. My response is it wasn't like that for the first 10 months of owning it. The shop has tried adjusting them and can't cure the problem. They are offering me some nylon runners to put under the slides when they are retracted. They say that will cure the wear issue. Anyone have a suggestion on a cure for the dragging. Anybody tried the nylon runners? Do the work?

Thanks, S. Fuego

1) it is not normal in any model, any brand...2) the nylon runners work. The slide is out of adjustment and if that shop can't align it you need to find a dealer that can..Sounds like it is still under warranty. Call keystone customer service and ask them to find you a dealer that knows how to adjust the slides.

Which way do you adjust the slide? Up or down? MIMF?

It is slide adjustment. Our slide was doing the same thing. Our model has two big slides in the LR area and we were told constant peridic adjustment will be needed to prevent them from dragging.
