Remote Slideout Controls

For those that have the remote control (anniversary editions) for the slideouts, awning, landing gear and stablizers, have you experienced any issues with using the remote control? Just got our 3465SA back from the dealer punchlist repairs and the slideouts will go in but not out using the remore control. The other elements work with the remote just fine. The reset procedure has been tried several times.

I just picked up my new unit on Monday and all works fine. Just wondering if your room selector switch is set to "ON" ?

I can't be any help with your control problem, ours works fine, but could you explain the reset procedure. I wasn't aware there was anything to reset and would like to know what it is if I have a problem. Thanks
Hope you enjoy your 3465 as much as we do.

Found the problem and fixed it. Turned out to be a broken wire on the terminal board. Hard to see it.
Reset procedure: press and hold the green button on the remote control panel (located just above and behind the hydraulic motor/pump/tank and opposite the terminal board side - hard to see it as it is very small) until the red light comes on. Then press the arrow on the remote control until the red light blinks. Then operate the remote control the normal way, e.g. switch to room and selector switch to on and depress the on button until the red light comes on near the selector switch.
Donot think this is documented anywhere and I had to work the dealer over to get it. Operating instructions are dated 2006 and the unit is 2008.

Glad you found the problem and thanks for the explanation on "resetting" as I didn't know anything about that.
