Gen Prep?

Poking around in our 3 week old 3400RL today I notice in the bedroom closet a small rocker switch panel with Onan on it. I went around to the front storage compartment and found a wire harness with a plug on the end of it. Does this mean that my Monty is set up for a generator?
Is this standard for the 3400RL,it would be nice if it was.

It is an option, not standard, but is useful nonetheless.

That is part of the Gen Prep option, which includes the Onan start/hour meter, prewired dual 30A gen circuits, transfer switch, and the heat shield enclosure in the front cab.

Other than lifting it up and sliding it in, I installed our Onan myself and had it smokin LP in about 4 hrs.

If you ever get stranded in CG without power due to transformer blowing in middle summer on beach, you will be glad you have gen set.
