John and Donna -

Terrie and I will keep you in our prayers. Having lost my Dad right before Christmas, I know a little of what you are experiencing. I was thankful that Dad was a tremendous father, husband and role model. Take solace in the love you had for one another, and let God comfort you. I know that I really like the "footsteps" story. God bless.

John and Donna--
You are in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Since we have lost both our mothers, Pat's two months ago, we know much of what is in your hearts. Say a prayer of thanksgiving for all the good times and happy memories. Stay safe in your travels. God bless.

It's extremely hard to say good-bye to someone you have loved for so long. You will treasure your memories and be comforted knowing she is in her Heavenly home. Please know your friends are thinking of you and our prayers are with you at this difficult time. Take care and drive safely. Larry & LaVonne

Donna and John,

My prayers are with you. Take care of yourselves. It is a difficult time when someone we love dies. My mother died in Dec 2003. I know you will face a lot of decisions in a time of sadness. Please let us know how you are doing.

Just a heartfelt word of thanks from our family to our MOC family for all the prayers and good wishes. They must have helped, because we had an uneventful trip back home and a the funeral arrangements all came together perfectly.

This is something that we all have to face from time to time, and we feel honoured at all the expressions of sympathy we received. Knowing that you all have, or will, experience similar circumstances, we would like to return those prayers and expressions of sympathy.

We have a few matters to clear up here, as well as my parents 94th and 95th birthdays to celebrate, and baby shower for one of two new grandchildren who are in the "development" stage, then we will start thinking about our return trip to the Rio Grande Valley.

Thanks again to all.

Just to let everyone know that we made it safely back to the Rio Grande Valley. We are back in our Montana at Bentsen Palm Village. Everything went well considering the circumstances, and our trailer was just as we left it. Having spent some time in hotels on this trip, we appreciate our Montana all the more.

Thank you everyone for your kind words! Sorry we missed the RGV gathering #2, but we will be back next year (D.V).

John and Donna.
