Criminal minds ...what were they thinking?

We had the duct tape bandit in Ashland, KY.

I imagine we’ll see this new one on TV before long.

Now we had this happen in Ohio.

There are three types of criminals. The smart ones, the average ones, and the dumb ones.

The smart ones never get caught. Most likely because they have a lot of money and pay someone else to do their misdeeds.

The Average ones are sometimes caught, only because at certain times they border on being dumb.

The dumb ones? Well, those are the ones the we see going to jail. They are always caught.

If their were 24 hours of daylight, the "duct tape bandit" would be 25 hours short of any brains. And the girl in the taxi must be his sister.
