Some views from Colorado

We have spent a delightful 10 days at the Tall Texan RV Park in Gunnison, Colorado. Today we took a very interesting and scenic route up to Crested Butte. I've posted a few of our photos:

Don't let that URL title fool you. It refers to the Ohio Creek Road, not the state.

Dave, thanks for sharing your pictures with us. Pat and I love Colorado. Several years ago, we toured Colorado on our Gold Wing motorcycle, and met some real good friend in Longmont. After the first trip, we went back three more time on the motorcycle to visit Roger and Jackie, and of course ride those beautiful Rockies.

I am going to presume upon the good will expressed in the responses to post some earlier pages:

http://dw4u.net/Gunn/Gunn.html

http://dw4u.net/CB/CB.html

http://dw4u.net/CB2/CB2.html

I like sharing photos by Web pages since that doesn't tie up forum space, and doesn't force anyone to view unless they choose.

We did Colorado in 2008 and some of that scenery looks familiar. That is beautiful country.

We have lived here for 38 years and still haven't seen everything CO has to offer. Two months should just whet your appetite to come back!

Great photos, they make good screen savers; mind if I use some of them?
Really hope to get out that way some day!

Bill, I will be happy for you to use any of the photos as a screen saver. If the resolution is not adequate, I would be willing to send an original of any that you might request. I reduced the size and quality to allow for upload and viewing on a web page.
