Broken weld on Spring Bracket

Need suggestion: should I have the leaf spring bracket weld or replaced?
Having hard time finding someone to do it.

If you are in Texas, there are hundreds of mobile welders driving around. You could go to a welding supply house and put the word out that an easy and quick weld job for someone to make a quick buck. I would just have it welded back, and maybe add an extra mend plate over it to reinforce it. It would be a good idea to check them all. Signs of a weak weld typically will be rust on the existing weld, in addition to fine cracking in the weld.

Same advice - I broke one backing into a campsite in Kentucky. Called a mobile welder who came out and welded it back. He charged Coach-Net for the trip, I paid for the weld. Total of $300 (trip and service) if I remember right. Make sure it goes back in exactly the same place or your axle won't be lined up the same.
