Wet Floor

WE are looking at buying a used High Country 2010 333db. My Question is under the table and under the bench seat was wet when we looked at it. The floor was soft under the bench seat. The Seller said that he thought the window had been left open, anybody seen this problem before?

Leaving the window open once shouldn't have caused a soft spot. The weep holes on the window could be plugged or the caulking around the window might have a problem, but I'd be checking for some type of continuing small leak.

That's what we were thinking too. This is our first time with Montana didn't know if others had trouble with slide outs leaking.

I'm going to be blunt ... an open window isn't going to make a soft floor unless it's never been closed. Keep on looking for an RV that doesn't have a major project awaiting the new owner.

That is not a typical Montana issue, so don't give up on Montana's.
