2014 3625RE dimensions

We are very interested in purchasing a 2014 3625RE fifth wheel camper. My storage building is only 40 .5 feet long so I'm very interested in the overall length including the ladder. If someone could please give me the actual length iy would be appreciated, because I know it does not match the manufacturer specifications that is listed in their brochure. I am sure that someone out there has encountered the same problem with lenthusiasm and any help would be great. Also an actual height to the top of the AC would be very helpful.

Can't help you on the length on that model that year, but the height will vary on several items. How it sits on your truck will cause a measurement to differ by several inches and since you have to back it in there that matters. The other thing that can vary is does it have a front A/C or not. If it does have a front A/C then is it a low profile or a full height unit. Mine came from the factory with a full height AC unit up there so we are taller than some.

According to the Keystone stats the 3625RL is 38'7" in length. Now that is probably NOT the true length because if you measure most units you can add at least a foot to that because of the ladder and the hitch sticking out beyond the recorded length. If you have a 40' building it will be very close. It may fit but you won't have much space behind or in front of the hitch. IF you don't have at least a 14' door going into the building your unit WILL NOT fit because the registered height is 12'11" according to Keystone but as DQDick stated, if it has a front(bedroom) A/C the height will increase. We have a 3582 and the height of it is 13'2" and it has a factory installed front A/C.

Years ago we did the same thing your looking at. Our building was 40.5 the unit we bought was 38 but really measured 39 when we got it home. We did not even try it. 1.5 inches to spare. Just way to close so we added a bump out to the back of the building for $2000 8x16. Just the tail end of the rv goes into it. We figured when u get to just a few inches to spare one mistake and bump to the rv would pay for the add on. It has worked perfect. I am sure not what u wanted to hear but in reality saves in the long run. If u want to save cost it wouldnt have to be 8 ft. We have lots of room now. Good luck which ever u choose. Love the model your looking at.
