Ordered a personalized plate for my Monty today. It will say TANA42, as in bicycle for 2. How about listing some others.....

After paying the California DMV $837.00 for my truck and the Monty, I didn't have any money left for personalized plates. The pleasure of living in Calif.

I wanted one on our 5ver that said something like midwife-mobile, but they wouldn't let me either, not to mention it was too long, lol. We are also from MI.

nailbender, I was born and raised in CA but left there in 1966, went back from 70-73, then left again for good. Still have family there, Sacramento area. Never went back mainly because of the cost of living. Sorry you had to pay for one of Arnolds suits.....lol

When this old rig is replaced we'll request our MOC member number (MOC1685) as a personalized plate.

We only get 6 spaces in Alaska. Hence TANA42.

The personalized plate on my truck is CONNORZ. Thats because this bird has taken control of everyone and everything since the day I brought her home...LOL Apparently, I can't get one on the Monty...I too live in Michigan.

Jan
P.S. But there is a plus side, we now have permanent plates for RV's in MI, so there was only a one time fee of $300.00 on the Monty plate.

I have personalized on my TV..... FAB4Fan (the Beatles) it amazes me how many "kids" ask me what it means, or others that get it confused with the Michigan basketball team called the Fab5 back in the early 90's I think.

Yep you got it on the "SI" but I do like the use of the MOCXXXX on the plate too.
