The Perfect Hitch

I wish this would work on the back of a Monty.
I have a feeling it may be a little on the HEAVY side.

I would have to agree with you Blue, a bit on the heavy side. =)

Blue,

Maybe if you didn't have the bike riding on that hitch it would work just fine!

Heck of a hitch Blue, but I too think it may be a little heavy. Wouldn't it be nice though?

With a couple of those bikes on the back, the added rear weight should make the pin weight so light, we could pull these things with Yugo pickups. Just don't go in the mountains!

No problem Blue,

We just get Ozz to weld a tag axle on it,.... maybe with a air lift set of wheels.....

I got a tickle out of that tcorbitt.
It was actually pretty easy. I have a WONDERFUL wife.
I spoil her.. and she spoils me.

I saw something similar on a Jayco 5'er. They actually double framed his whole unit. I mean they welded a second frame under the existing trailer frame. VERY heavy duty. And yes VERY pricey... He had a Honda Goldwing on the back.

Actually, after looking at it again it was different. This guy had a lift built into his. It lowered down to put the bike on. Once secure to the lift, it had a winch lift it all up to travel.

That should reduce the pin weight by about a bunch lol, I wonder what THAT did to the warranty? There you go Blue, have your Monty and Harley too.

Man, I LIKE that !!!!
Hmmmm... The wheels in my head are turning now.
All I need to do is buy my wife another kitchen accessory and I'll get that put on the trailer. Doesn't that sound like a fair trade off ?

Knaw, I think she'll go for it pretty easy. She loves to ride on the bike. She gets upset if I'm too tired to go riding. She wants us to keep our bike with us while we're traveling. And this would be one way of doing it.
