Why are the key pads on drive up bank machines imprinted with braille?

I went by the state police post on the Indiana toll road the other day. They have several handicap parking spaces marked. Makes me wonder....

OK, so why can I back my 5er beside my house with 4/6 inches along the whole side and if someone watches me at a campground it takes me 3or4 tries to back into a BIG campsite?

Why is it when your not able to get on the internet and you call your provider, they tell you that all accociates are busy and direct you to go to their web site for help.

Helen - you started this thing - now you have to read all of them.
Glenn - I have an answer for one of your why's. The reason they have an Interstate in Hawaii is so the D.O.T. can argue they need more money to build a toll road from Calif to Hawaii to connect the interstate.
